Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of staff and stakeholders in a high-performance environment with strong standards and expectations.

What you will do

You will deliver individual and group counseling, carry out psychological assessments, and prepare evidence-based care plans. The position also calls for thorough clinical interviewing, test administration and interpretation, and careful maintenance of accurate, confidential records.

In addition, you will advise management and teams on mental health matters, lead psychoeducational sessions, and contribute to wellness programs that support organizational objectives. Where needed, you may also provide crisis support, complete risk evaluations, coordinate with outside practitioners, and offer supervision to other mental health professionals or trainees.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a strong grounding in psychology and mental health, along with hands-on experience delivering evidence-based clinical services. You should be skilled in psychological testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report preparation.

Experience in counseling psychology is important, particularly across individual and group settings. A current license, or eligibility to become licensed, as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction is required, along with a PhD, PsyD, or equivalent graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.

You should demonstrate sound ethical judgment, respect for confidentiality, cultural awareness, and strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities. Comfort working in multidisciplinary and corporate environments is essential. Experience in occupational, organizational, or health psychology, especially in international or multicultural settings, will be an advantage.
