About the Opportunity

Parsons is seeking an accomplished Lead, Lifestyle Improvement to join its Doha, Qatar team. In this role, you will work alongside the Manager, Community Management to shape, deliver, and continuously enhance initiatives that enrich the day-to-day experience of residents, customers, and other stakeholders. The position focuses on building stronger community engagement through programs, partnerships, activation events, and service improvements that respond to customer needs and help raise satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help plan and coordinate lifestyle enhancement activities, including sports programs, community activations, and awareness campaigns.
  • Work with vendors, trainers, and wellness partners to deliver events and services effectively.
  • Drive participation through outreach efforts, promotional content, and direct engagement with residents and stakeholders.
  • Support communication efforts for lifestyle initiatives through newsletters, emails, and digital channels.
  • Contribute to creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for everyone involved in community programs.

Data, Reporting, and Coordination

  • Track records related to program performance, attendance, and participant satisfaction.
  • Observe the participant experience and raise concerns or issues to management when required.
  • Compare lifestyle programs and initiatives with leading benchmarks in smart cities, real estate, airports, hospitality, and other customer-focused environments.
  • Assist in building yearly lifestyle calendars and activation plans.
  • Take on additional duties as needed and manage priorities with limited supervision.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Community Services, Events Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in event planning, activity coordination, or community/lifestyle programs.
  • Proven background in community consultation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Working knowledge of city management and/or real estate operations.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with residents, partners, and stakeholders.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience working in Qatar or across the wider GCC region.
  • Exposure to community management or city management organizations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage several projects of different complexity levels.
  • Negotiation and issue-resolution skills for handling escalated matters effectively.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with close attention to detail.
  • A creative interest in lifestyle, wellness, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
