Role overview

The HR Recruiter will own the complete hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. This position is focused on meeting staffing requirements on time, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for roles across the organization from start to finish.
  • Find suitable candidates using job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media channels.
  • Evaluate applicants, conduct initial screenings, and arrange interviews with the relevant hiring teams.
  • Handle salary discussions, prepare offer letters, and complete joining documentation.
  • Keep recruitment records updated through trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification, with an MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • 58 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on exposure to hiring platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar portals.
