This position works closely with the Office of the CFO, Global Planning and Finance BI teams, and collaborates with international market teams to produce clear, timely and decision-ready reporting for the Dyson Executive team and Board. The role makes use of standard reporting frameworks and visualisation platforms such as Tableau.
You should be a qualified accountant and analyst with excellent attention to detail, strong data integrity standards and a practical, adaptable working style. Strong communication, interpersonal and commercial judgement are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute 3–7 years of solid professional experience in performance management and reporting analysis.
- Maintain a high standard of precision in reporting packs and in written narratives for senior leaders.
- Work with the Group Management Reporting team to produce timely month-end reporting and performance analysis for the Executive team and Board.
- Partner with the Office of the CFO, Global Planning, Accounting and Finance BI teams to keep management reporting, planning commentary and BI outputs aligned.
- Take ownership of key Group Management Reporting activities, including actuals close, Executive and Board packs, performance commentary and Tableau-based reporting deliverables.
- Develop strong working relationships with finance teams across regions to improve consistency and standardisation in reporting and dashboards.
- Handle ad hoc analysis and senior stakeholder requests, including Board-level and CFO-sponsored topics.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting frameworks, processes, systems and the wider reporting environment.
About you
- Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to OneStream would be an advantage.
- Meticulous approach with a strong focus on accuracy, control and data integrity.
- Motivated to improve reporting processes, dashboards and systems to increase efficiency and insight.
- Organised and flexible, with strong prioritisation skills.
- Commercially aware, able to interpret performance patterns and turn data into clear executive- and board-level recommendations.
- Proven success working across functions and building effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Office of the CFO and global teams.
- Must be based in the Singapore office and already have the right to work in the location, as sponsorship is not available.
