Responsibilities
The Lead Customer Service Representative helps deliver a friendly and efficient store experience while also taking on shift-lead duties. You will welcome customers, operate the register, handle cashiering tasks, suggest products, and at times support the food service area. The role also includes leading shifts regularly to gain early management experience. Work takes place throughout the store, both inside and outside, to help maintain store standards and keep service quick, accurate, and welcoming. Regular, dependable on-site attendance is required.

Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capacity to lift or carry up to 30 pounds from floor to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 60 pounds from floor to waist level
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- Frequent bending at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift
- Use of hands to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects; may include climbing a ladder to store, retrieve, place, or remove materials and signage
