- Support video-related marketing work by coordinating timelines for testimonials, case studies, and educational content.
- Assist with digital PR and research projects, including surveys, reports, and data-backed campaigns, while tracking performance and earned media impact.
- Support leadership by guiding junior coordinators and helping maintain accountability, alignment, and quality execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content marketing, PR, or a closely related field.

- Solid understanding of brand consistency, messaging frameworks, and customer-focused marketing execution.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into clear deliverables and messaging.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret customer feedback, sentiment data, and campaign performance insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators across functions.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in deadline-driven, fast-paced settings.
- Added advantage if you have experience in digital PR, reputation management, or customer advocacy programs.
- Added advantage if you’ve managed creative production workflows involving video, design, or multi-format content.
