Lead AI Graphic Designer

Role Overview

This position is for a Lead AI Graphic Designer based in Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai. It is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys combining visual storytelling with emerging AI-powered design tools.

The ideal candidate will come from an agency environment such as advertising, branding, or digital marketing, and should be comfortable owning projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving creative work from idea development through final delivery.

Creative Design Work

• Interpret client briefs and turn them into strong, visually engaging creative outputs.
• Build original concepts for social media, digital campaigns, branding assets, presentations, and marketing material.
• Produce high-quality static creatives as well as AI-assisted visuals that match brand rules and client expectations.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of polish, originality, and precision across all deliverables.

AI Tools and Innovation

• Use AI-driven tools to improve creative quality, speed, and production efficiency.
• Keep up with new AI trends, platforms, and design technologies.
• Test new workflows and creative methods using AI to strengthen output.
• Bring forward ideas that help keep the agency current and competitive.

Project Ownership

• Take projects from the initial brief stage through to final handover.
• Manage timelines carefully and aim to deliver work on or before deadlines wherever possible.
• Handle several projects at once by setting priorities effectively.
• Own assigned work with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Work in coordination with content writers, strategists, account managers, video editors, and other teammates.
• Support and mentor junior designers when needed.
• Help create a positive, cooperative team culture.
• Keep communication smooth across teams so projects move forward without friction.

Client Interaction

• Understand what clients need and shape solutions that support their business goals.
• Incorporate client feedback in a practical and efficient way.
• Balance creativity, quality, and delivery timelines while managing client requirements.

Required Tools and Experience

Hands-on experience with AI design platforms is mandatory, including Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT image generation, Flux, Kling AI, and similar tools for design or creative automation.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva is expected. Exposure to motion graphics or animation tools is preferred.

Candidate Profile

Agency experience is required for this role. The company is looking for someone with strong concepting ability, a proactive learning mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership.

The right person should be able to lead by example, coordinate well with teams, communicate clearly, present ideas effectively, and stay organized while handling multiple priorities. Attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to perform under pressure are important.

Experience

A background of 6 to 8 years in graphic design, creative design, or AI-led design is preferred. Experience across multiple brands and campaign types, especially within agencies, is desirable. A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and AI-assisted work is expected.
