Role overview
This is a part-time, remote legal role for a Representative - Lawyer. The position centers on supporting clients through legal guidance, document review and drafting, and representation in interactions involving third parties. What you will do
- Review, prepare, and refine legal documents, contracts, agreements, and related correspondence.
- Advise clients on legal risk, compliance matters, rights, and obligations.
- Represent client interests in discussions or negotiations with third parties when needed.
- Carry out legal research and turn findings into written opinions or memoranda.
- Maintain well-organized records, case files, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners while explaining legal matters in straightforward language.
- Respond quickly to client questions and maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards.
What we are looking for
- Solid ability to research, analyze, and draft legal content, including statutes, regulations, contracts, and case law.
- Experience reviewing, negotiating, and preparing legal documents such as agreements, policies, and letters.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to simplify legal topics for non-lawyers.
- Capability to manage several matters remotely, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a part-time setup.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and ethical conduct.
- Background in advising on legal risk, compliance, or dispute resolution, preferably with some GCC-related exposure.
- Comfort using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms for document handling, communication, and reporting.
- LLB or an equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Bar admission or a valid law practice license in at least one jurisdiction is strongly preferred.
- Experience in commercial, corporate, employment, or contract law is helpful, and cross-border experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work respectfully with people from diverse cultural and professional environments.
