Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to take charge of survey-related work at the construction site in Singapore. The role involves organizing field survey activities, maintaining survey accuracy, and supporting project delivery through reliable measurements, drawings, and coordination with the wider site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing site surveying activities.
- Establish survey control points and set out levels across the site.
- Organize day-to-day survey tasks to keep work progressing smoothly.
- Look after survey equipment such as total stations, levelling instruments, and similar tools.
- Support the production team with shop drawings, as-built survey drawings, and setting-out work for actual site execution when needed.
- Make sure all survey readings are collected promptly, efficiently, and with high accuracy.
- Participate in site meetings and work closely with the client on land surveying matters.
- Conduct site inspections periodically as part of project quality control.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as a land surveyor.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience on HDB projects is mandatory.
- Membership with SISV is required.
