Role overview
This role sits within a busy Kitchens and Bathrooms showroom, where the focus is on understanding what customers need and turning those needs into practical, appealing solutions for their projects. You will report to the Showroom Department Head and play a key part in helping customers choose the right products and designs.
Key responsibilities
- Create functional kitchen and bathroom layouts using WINNER design software, tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Develop complete, workable design specifications and ensure customers receive all required details.
- Keep in regular contact with customers and prepare quotations promptly.
- Coordinate with customers about installation timelines and project progress.
- Support sales through face-to-face conversations and phone-based interactions.
- Share clear product guidance and practical advice so customers leave with confidence in their choices.

You will need to confidently recommend and sell suitable products, backed by solid industry knowledge. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, but strong sales ability and excellent customer service are the main success factors for this position.
