Role Overview
This role supports the expansion and smooth operation of the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform within Global IT. You will work closely with the Senior Kinaxis Consultant and contribute to configuration, integration support, testing, and ongoing operational support. The position is suited to a self-driven professional with strong implementation experience who is ready to take on wider responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to full-cycle Kinaxis implementations, including requirements gathering, system setup, testing, and production launch.
- Develop and upkeep workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views.
- Help design and support integration flows between Kinaxis and external platforms such as ERP and EDW systems.
- Track data loads and interface jobs, then analyze and fix data quality problems.
- Deliver second-level technical assistance for Kinaxis issues reported by business teams.
- Carry out unit, integration, and UAT testing, document outcomes, and close defects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, including delivery of one complete end-to-end implementation.
- A bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
- Practical experience creating workbooks, dashboards, alerts, or data views in Kinaxis.
- Working knowledge of data integration principles and Kinaxis data feeds.
- Ability to use SQL for investigation and data validation.
- Understanding of core supply chain planning areas such as demand, supply, and inventory.
- Awareness of ITIL or comparable service management practices, including incident, change, and problem handling.
- Kinaxis certification is advantageous; exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, QAD, or IFS and ETL experience is welcome.
