Kids Only Agent

About the role

One&Only is looking for a Kids Only Agent to join the Sports & Leisure team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The position plays an important part in creating memorable guest experiences by helping deliver warm, attentive, and highly personalized service for children participating in the resort’s kids club activities.

What the role involves

The Kids Only Agent will support the well-being of children taking part in resort programs and activities, and will help facilitate the full range of Kids Club experiences. The role reports to the Kids Only Manager and contributes directly to the success of the resort by delivering responsive, thoughtful service.

Experience and skills

This opportunity is intended for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality setting or a five-star hotel. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable working under pressure, and able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
