In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to major clients in Dubai, helping ensure their needs are met through tailored solutions and a consistently high level of service. Your work will have a direct impact on the company’s market reach and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and oversee account plans that drive revenue growth while keeping client satisfaction and retention high.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client goals, priorities, and operational challenges.
- Act as the main contact for assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical specialists to deliver complete solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Spot opportunities to expand business through upselling and cross-selling services and products.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and management reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track market developments and competitor activity to support informed business decisions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in every client-facing interaction.
- Support contract discussions and renewal processes to secure balanced and beneficial agreements.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should bring prior account management experience, ideally from the elevator, construction, or infrastructure industries. Familiarity with technical products and vertical transportation solutions is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential, along with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment and maintain attention to detail. Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required. The role also calls for a self-driven, results-oriented professional with strong customer focus. English fluency is required, and additional languages are a plus.
