Position Overview

In this role, you will work on complex structural shell construction projects and understand the technical relationships involved in this area. Ideally, you bring a hands-on trade background followed by further training as a technician or a diploma engineer.

Professional Background

The position is intended for someone who can take on responsibility immediately and has already gained several years of experience as a construction manager.

Core Responsibilities

You will review, process, and calculate a wide range of bids and tenders. You will also prepare tender discussions and, together with the management team, conduct contract award negotiations. After award, you will ensure a professional handover of projects to the relevant construction manager. If needed, you may also take over construction management tasks yourself.
