Key responsibilities

  • Find and engage recruitment professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Review candidates through screening and interviews to evaluate capability, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Support applicants throughout the hiring journey and help maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and nurture talent pools for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Arrange interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers.
  • Contribute to recruitment drives, employer branding activity, and wider talent attraction initiatives.
  • Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in ATS and CRM platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with good people skills.
  • A confident, proactive approach when engaging with candidates.
  • Well-developed organisation and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and open to learning.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or a similar people-facing role is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Clear interest in talent acquisition and in helping build strong teams.

What’s on offer

  • A competitive base salary plus performance-linked incentives.
  • Structured onboarding and training support.
  • Defined progression opportunities within talent acquisition.
  • A collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • A modern office setting in London.
  • Regular team incentives, social events, and recognition programmes.
