About the role
InterEx Group is seeking a driven Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its in-house talent acquisition function in London. This is a strong entry point for someone eager to grow a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-expanding international recruitment company.
You will work alongside leadership and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract high-calibre recruitment professionals who can support business growth across several markets. The position offers exposure to the complete recruitment process while helping you build practical experience in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Find and engage recruitment professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Review candidates through screening and interviews to evaluate capability, experience, and cultural fit.
- Support applicants throughout the hiring journey and help maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and nurture talent pools for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Arrange interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Contribute to recruitment drives, employer branding activity, and wider talent attraction initiatives.
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in ATS and CRM platforms.
