Job description
Overview
Braun Management is a consultancy that helps organizations untangle internal structural issues by combining careful analysis with evidence-based recommendations. The team is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to support a German infrastructure client, helping engineering and IT groups stay organized while they work through large-scale change.
This is a fully remote role focused on keeping coordination sharp, documentation complete, and project cycles clearly recorded. You will act as the connection between day-to-day technical execution and the broader goals set by client leadership.
What you will do
- Run daily alignment meetings so work continues smoothly.
- Keep online task boards updated so responsibilities and progress remain visible.
- Help surface and record blockers that slow the team down.
- Support sprint planning by collecting input and updates from team leads.
- Compile simple team metrics to show workload and capacity trends.
- Facilitate retrospective discussions to identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Prepare written status updates for Braun Management consultants and client stakeholders.
- Keep project records accurate, current, and easy for the team to access.
- Watch the flow of work to spot friction points in the existing process.
What we are looking for
- Foundational exposure to Scrum or Agile methods through education or an internship.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to condense complex conversations without losing important detail.
- Careful attention to schedules, records, and digital project materials.
- Strong interest in how large business systems and infrastructure projects operate.
- Ability to work on your own while staying responsive in a remote setup.
- Comfort using coordination tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Interest in learning about European corporate governance and the role of works councils.
- A consistent habit of keeping organized notes and following up on open action points.
- A professional, measured approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
How we work
Braun Management operates as a fully remote team and places a strong emphasis on precision, focus, and clear written communication. Rather than relying on constant meetings, the team documents decisions thoroughly so that work remains transparent and traceable. The culture is direct, professional, and grounded in evidence-backed thinking.
The organization treats team coordination as a serious discipline and expects employees to be disciplined, punctual, and concise in their communication.
What we offer
- Professional growth in an established management consultancy.
- The chance to learn about executive decision-making and European corporate structures.
- Competitive compensation for an entry-level role.
- A fully remote setup where results matter more than physical presence.
- Direct guidance from consultants who value careful, evidence-driven work.
- Exposure to the operational challenges of a major infrastructure organization.
Additional information
The Junior Scrum Master role is an important part of reducing organizational friction in client environments. By keeping work structured and documentation reliable, you help technical specialists stay focused on their core tasks while giving leadership the information needed to make informed decisions. The role contributes to clear, written progress and supports long-term structural goals for the client.
