In 2022, the company also began cultivating its own luxurious Urpima® cotton in Ecuador. Today, Stefan Brandt represents top-tier quality, innovative material development and international excellence in premium apparel manufacturing.
To strengthen the team, the company is looking for a Junior Operations Manager (m/w/d) who can start immediately and brings strong analytical thinking, a practical mindset and interest in international fashion, supply chain and e-commerce processes.
Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of operational workflows across the full value chain.
- Support the coordination and improvement of production, logistics and e-commerce activities.
- Act as a link between design, production, purchasing, logistics, sales and e-commerce teams.
- Review, document and continuously refine operational processes.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on scaling and international expansion.
- Create reports, analyses, presentations and decision-making materials.
- Assist with production planning, supplier coordination and collection planning.
- Track key performance indicators and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with management on operational and strategic topics.
- Prepare for and support international trade fairs and supplier meetings.
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, fashion management or a closely related field.
- Initial practical exposure to operations, supply chain, project management, product management or e-commerce, gained through internships or work experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Interest in fashion, premium products and international business structures.
- Structured, accurate and independent working style.
- Strong hands-on attitude and high level of initiative.
- Confident use of Excel and digital business tools.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate professionally.
