Role overview
In this position, you will gradually take on the responsibilities of a marketing business partner for the company’s branch network. The role offers a broad mix of tasks ranging from campaign work and website content maintenance to local marketing support, giving you hands-on experience while helping ensure the Hüttig & Rompf brand is visible at key customer touchpoints.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the marketing business partner for Hüttig & Rompf branches, supporting everything from campaign planning and marketing communication to day-to-day marketing operations.
- Plan, manage, and improve focused marketing campaigns across the customer journey to reach the right audience groups.
- Keep the B2B website current, relevant, and engaging by handling content, location pages, and the presentation of partnerships.
- Support branch locations with tailored content and local marketing actions so each site has a strong local presence and remains relevant.
- Maintain internal marketing documentation so that team knowledge stays organized, structured, and easy to access.
- Help ensure a consistent and compelling brand image and value proposition across all customer contact points.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of trade fair and event appearances.
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers while working closely with internal teams on integrated marketing initiatives.
- Support operational tasks with the help of a working student.
What you should bring
- A completed degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial practical experience in marketing, ideally in B2B marketing or a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm for getting into new topics, tools, and areas of responsibility.
- A structured way of working and the ability to take ownership independently.
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with different stakeholders.
- Comfort with numbers and data, including an interest in working with KPIs and understanding what drives results.
- First experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot is an advantage, but not mandatory.
