- Help plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels.
- Keep event listings, websites, and promotional assets up to date.
- Track ticket performance and assist with marketing activity across several events.
- Communicate with artists, agents, promoters, and internal colleagues when needed.
- Support email marketing activity and broader audience communications.
- Oversee the promotion of selected events from the initial announcement through to the event day.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and campaign data.
What we are looking for
- A strong enthusiasm for live music and an ambition to build a career in the music sector.
- Excellent organisation and a sharp eye for detail.
- Confident written communication skills.
- A self-starting mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid familiarity with social media platforms and online culture.
- Previous experience in event promotion, ticket sales, or marketing support would be an advantage.
- A positive, committed approach and pride in producing high-quality work.
What to expect
- A competitive salary paid on a monthly basis.
- A busy, energetic workplace where responsibilities and challenges change from day to day.
- Exposure to an experienced Promotions team working across some of London’s most respected music venues.
- Meaningful responsibility from the outset, with room to learn and progress within the company.
Benefits and working environment
- Unlimited guest list access and tickets for Columbo events.
- 50% off food and drinks across all venues.
- Regular team social events.
- Pension plan.
- Working hours are 10am to 6pm, with Wednesdays working from home.
- A creative office setting above Jazz Cafe in Camden, surrounded by people who are passionate about music.
