Role overview

The Junior IT Administrator position is a permanent opening in Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland. It is well suited to a recent college graduate or someone taking their first step into the IT field. Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and setup of IT devices.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and manage IT inventory.
  • Handle software installation and licensing tasks.
  • Carry out user account and access administration.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
  • Prepare and update system and process documentation.
  • Help with the configuration and rollout of IT systems.

Requirements

  • A third-level qualification in Computer Science or a closely related field is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
  • A courteous, patient, and clear communication style.
  • A constructive, solution-oriented mindset.
