Role overview
This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer, which handles applications and the remaining hiring stages. The partner company is seeking a Junior Growth Marketer located in Ireland.
In this role, you will help increase brand awareness and user engagement across a range of digital channels within a dynamic SaaS setting. You will support social media activity, content distribution, partnership outreach, and online PR efforts that contribute to stronger visibility and community growth. The position is designed as practical, hands-on experience for someone looking to build a career in SaaS marketing and product-led growth. You will work alongside experienced marketers and cross-functional teammates, test new tools and workflows, and contribute to campaigns with measurable business impact. The culture is collaborative, adaptable, and encourages initiative, learning, and experimentation.
Key accountabilities
- Help run social media programs by posting content on core channels, interacting with relevant SaaS and product communities, and keeping the brand consistently visible.
- Support partnership activity with SaaS businesses, creators, and industry contacts to enable co-marketing efforts and joint promotions.
- Look into industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities and help coordinate participation to expand brand reach.
- Transform long-form materials such as articles, webinars, and guides into shorter assets for social platforms, newsletters, and other distribution outlets.
- Assist with drafting and refining marketing copy for product announcements, landing pages, and updates so the message stays clear and consistent.
- Contribute to online PR by finding media opportunities, sending pitches, and adding the company to relevant directories and platforms.
- Test and recommend AI tools, automation methods, and content distribution approaches that can improve efficiency and scale.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or a related area; internships and academic work are acceptable.
- Genuine interest in SaaS, digital marketing, product-led growth, and community-led growth strategies.
- Good organization, initiative, and the ability to handle several tasks and projects at once.
- Basic familiarity with social platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Exposure to tools such as Canva, Notion, Figma, or scheduling software is helpful.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about AI tools, automation, and modern marketing operations.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous setup.
- Strong attention to detail and a mindset geared toward improving content quality through iteration.
- Additional advantage if you have experience with community engagement, content creation, or marketing automation tools.
Benefits
- Fully remote work with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.
- Practical exposure to SaaS growth marketing and real-world campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with co-marketing, partnerships, and multi-channel marketing approaches.
- A learning-focused environment that encourages experimentation with new tools and ideas.
- Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance.
- Close collaboration with experienced marketers and room to grow in the field.
- An inclusive, diverse workplace that values innovation, fairness, and teamwork.
- Competitive pay aligned with local market standards; compensation details are shared transparently during the hiring process.
