Job description
About the Company
Complete is a leadership development consultancy built on a scientific and data-led foundation. Established by Dr. Alan Watkins, a physician and neuroscientist, the organisation uses people analytics to evaluate and improve the impact of leadership and team development programmes. Its work is centred on vertical development, helping people enhance the way they think, feel, and perform rather than simply adding new capabilities. The company’s methods have produced measurable gains in wellbeing and performance, including lower stress, reduced fatigue, less perceived pressure at work, and improved emotional regulation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute in an environment that values evidence-based practice and measurable client outcomes.
Role Summary
This is a fixed-term contract running from July 2026 through August 2027. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist the Marketing team with producing visual materials for digital and print channels. Working with the Senior Designer, the successful candidate will build practical experience across a range of design work while strengthening skills in layout, typography, and brand consistency. The position calls for creativity, accuracy, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
What You Will Do
- Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing collateral, making sure each output fits the needs of the brief.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer and wider marketing colleagues, using feedback to improve work and contributing ideas during campaign brainstorming.
- Keep up with design trends and evolving creative tools to support ongoing learning and fresh thinking.
- Experiment with new approaches and use performance insights to improve design effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across channels.
- Organise and maintain design files, templates, and visual assets so they are easy for the team to access and use.
- Contribute ideas that help strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
- Carry out basic quality checks and help review externally produced materials for brand compliance.
- Test creative assets across different devices and platforms to identify problems with scaling, spacing, alignment, and readability.
- Support collaboration with developers, analytics teams, and digital specialists so designs work smoothly within digital experiences.
- Optimise images and media assets for faster loading and better website performance.
- Adapt designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop layouts so they perform well across screen sizes and resolutions.
Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in brand, digital, and creative media work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and modern design tools.
- Ability to apply brand systems consistently across multiple channels.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfort managing several design tasks and projects at the same time.
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, cohesive visuals.
- Capacity to work independently and handle a varied workload.
- Experience producing campaign, social, web, or thought-leadership design content.
- Familiarity with digital workplace tools such as HubSpot and Teams, or similar platforms.
- Interest in leadership development, coaching, emotional literacy, or organisational change.
