Responsibilities and key duties
- Support the design team across a range of creative projects and publishing-related campaigns.
- Produce visual assets for both digital and out-of-home promotion.
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional studio team.
- Manage several assignments at once while keeping priorities and deadlines under control.

Requirements
- A degree in Graphic Design or a closely related subject.
- A portfolio that demonstrates solid design thinking, including typography and layout skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for design and a desire to keep developing creatively.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
- Basic familiarity with other Adobe applications such as Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Good communication skills, especially in a client-facing setting.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organised under pressure.
- Willingness to travel into South-West London every day.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office.
Projects and environment
The role offers exposure to a wide variety of publishing genres, including children's books, young adult, thriller, and romance titles. You may also work with high-profile authors and help create assets for campaigns that appear online and in physical spaces.

- Opportunities to grow professionally and strengthen your design skills.
- A collaborative and creative workplace.
- Hands-on learning, mentorship, and the chance to work with major clients.
