Junior Graphic Designer

Role overview

Red Flag Alert is a fast-growing SaaS business focused on risk and compliance, and the team is looking for a Junior Designer who is creative, meticulous, and eager to learn. The company is in an active period of change, with new messaging, a refreshed visual direction, and ambitious product plans for the year ahead.

In this position, you will report to the Head of Design and collaborate with colleagues across the business to translate ideas into polished visual communication for both digital and print use. You will contribute to campaigns, social content, sales presentations, events, product-related materials, and website assets, while keeping all output aligned to the brand.

This is a hands-on opportunity to grow quickly and work on meaningful projects from the outset.

Responsibilities

• Develop fresh visual ideas and challenge conventional thinking while keeping business objectives in focus.
• Support the creation of presentation materials that connect with target audiences, are easy to understand, and help guide prospects through a clear story.
• Refine work based on feedback and use the results to improve future output.
• Maintain strong design standards with careful attention to typography, layout, and overall visual quality.
• Coordinate with the wider team to stay on top of deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.

Required skills and experience

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A creative eye with solid attention to detail and a strong portfolio.
• Clear communication and the ability to work well with others.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and the ability to balance multiple projects.
