Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform and coordinate all site administrative tasks for projects, offering management support.
- Administer the King & Moffatt project SharePoint system, managing project folder coordination.
- Oversee and control all received project documentation via appropriate software systems and client portals.
- Support site setup activities and broader duties within the Project Management System.
- Organize meetings, compile reports, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Develop and sustain a solid filing and archival system.
- Guarantee full adherence to company policies and ISO certification requirements.
- Maintain site records including preparing weekly progress reports.
- Assist the Health and Safety team with audit tasks, managing safety documentation on SharePoint.
- Collaborate with main contractors and subcontractors’ Document Control or Site Admin teams for documentation management.
- Proactively participate in establishing, managing, and enhancing the document management processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in a comparable on-site administrative position.
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong organizational abilities suited to a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively build relationships within the project team and extended professional network.
- Possession of a full driving license.
