The ideal candidate will have around 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, or in a related area such as technical project management, data, CMS administration, web administration, or email administration. Experience managing personal web projects would also be relevant.
What you will do
You will help deliver digital and web development work end to end, while coordinating with designers, developers, clients, and internal stakeholders. - Support digital production and project coordination across multiple assignments.
- Maintain a strong eye for digital assets and content quality.
- Track and manage budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinate resources across design, content, and development teams.
- Oversee CMS updates, app assets, and eDM-related projects.
What you should bring
You will need to be highly organised, comfortable working in a collaborative environment, and ready to contribute quickly. A creative mindset and strong communication skills are important, along with familiarity with standard project management tools.
- About 1 to 2 years of experience in digital project management, digital production, digital communications, CMS administration, and/or eDM projects.
- Knowledge of creative and agency production workflows.
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
- Experience gained in an agency or large corporate environment is an advantage.
