Job description

Role Overview

This position is being offered through a hiring partner for Haystack. The selected candidate will contribute to digital creative work across major retail and media channels, helping turn brand and campaign direction into polished, platform-ready visuals.

What You Will Do

  • Create and deliver digital assets tailored to specific platforms and retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media placements, paid social, and owned digital channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand strategy, campaign plans, innovation launches, and portfolio priorities into effective digital design outputs.
  • Develop high-quality static assets, modular design elements, and simple motion pieces such as GIFs and short videos.
  • Extend and adapt digital-first creative systems while keeping the brand’s visual identity consistent and recognizable.
  • Work alongside Senior Digital Designers, Brand Expression Designers, media teams, and agency partners to support creative delivery.
  • Help communicate innovation stories by turning technical product benefits into easy-to-understand digital visuals.

What You Need

The role calls for a solid grounding in digital design basics, including layout, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition. You should already have experience creating work for digital-first formats and different platform requirements. Strong ability to interpret brand and innovation direction and transform it into clear, engaging visual content is important. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and entry-level motion tools is expected. You should be comfortable working quickly, refining work through iteration, and incorporating feedback constructively. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or comparable hands-on experience is required.
