About the Role
MYTR, part of Workplace Futures Group, is a tech-led marketing agency focused on delivering inventive, data-informed solutions for the real estate sector. The team works with standout clients to reimagine how physical spaces are positioned, promoted, and sold.
This opening is for a motivated designer who wants to join a fast-moving, growing startup where there is real room to contribute. The ideal person enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between different creative disciplines, including branding, campaigns, digital, print, web, and motion design.
As part of the wider MYTR team, you will help turn ambitious ideas into finished creative work across physical and digital channels. This role suits someone energetic, curious, and eager to learn, experiment, and make a visible impact through design.
Responsibilities
- Take creative briefs from initial request through to final delivery, working on both internal and external projects.
- Produce design work across branding, marketing, print, digital, social media, and web for the commercial property sector and other industries.
- Contribute fresh, original thinking that helps shape unique creative outputs with strong results.
- Develop polished design assets and presentations, including persuasive pitch decks and detailed specification documents.
- Use feedback as a tool for learning and professional growth.
- Experiment with motion graphics, animations, and video content.
- Adapt quickly to a range of briefs and bring new ideas to each assignment.
- Stay aware of cultural and design trends, bringing relevant references and inspiration into the studio.
- Bring a proactive, energetic, and ambitious attitude to day-to-day studio work.
Requirements
- Creative thinking that goes beyond the obvious, supported by strong storytelling and clear conceptual thinking.
- A collaborative, flexible attitude and willingness to learn, support others, and move between different types of work.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, along with a portfolio showing bold and effective brand identity or marketing design.
- Interest in motion design, with working knowledge of After Effects; experience with Cinema 4D or Blender would be an advantage.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas clearly and respond well to feedback.
