Junior Dealer

Role Overview

RHB Investment Banking is looking for a driven Junior Dealer to support trading activities for institutional clients in Singapore. The position focuses on accurate and timely trade execution, smooth handling of trade-related matters, and consistent client service while working within market and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client orders quickly and with a very low error rate.
• Keep clients updated on order progress and relevant market movements.
• Close out all trading-day tasks before the end of each day.
• Track trade handling and look for ways to make execution more efficient.
• Maintain active client engagement and deliver responsive service.
• Follow all regulatory obligations, policy guidelines, and internal control standards.
• Preserve the trading licence by completing the required training and earning the necessary CPE points.

Candidate Profile

• A diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in capital markets products, including securities and collective investment schemes.
• Preferably holds an SG market licence.
• Strong numerical ability and a careful eye for detail.
• Self-driven, flexible, and prepared to take ownership beyond the formal job scope.
• A collaborative team player with solid communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, precision-focused trading setting.
