Role Overview
This role is centered on handling vehicle-buying activity at a mall kiosk and acting as a direct point of contact for people interested in selling their used cars. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities, along with the ability to manage the purchasing process independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the mall kiosk and serve as the first contact point for people wanting to sell their used vehicles.
- Identify and source well-maintained used cars from visitors at the mall.
- Discuss and negotiate pricing with sellers to reach fair and workable deals.
- Prepare and complete all required purchase paperwork and supporting documentation.
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the car-selling process.
- Work closely with other teams to achieve buying targets and gross profit objectives.
- Stay current on market movements and pricing patterns to support smart purchase decisions.
Requirements
- A university, diploma, or college qualification, or an equivalent educational background.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in used-car buying.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation ability and the confidence to build trust with customers.
- Capability to work on your own and close transactions end to end.
- Understanding of the local automotive market and current pricing trends.
- Strong interest in cars and customer service.
