Job description

Position Overview

In this role, you will visit stores and warehouse sites across Germany to review how company processes are being carried out. Your work will help keep operations running smoothly and support a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Duties

  • Plan, carry out, coordinate, and follow up on internal audits independently.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes in stores and warehouses.
  • Act as a link between sales or logistics teams and central administration.
  • Travel extensively throughout Germany, with trips lasting up to five days per week.

Profile and Requirements

  • Willingness to travel nationwide in Germany and possession of a Class B driving license.
  • Previous experience in sales or logistics is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy.
  • Excellent spoken and written German.
  • Successfully completed university degree.
