  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, sharing files, and organizing assets.
  • Support planning and delivery of in-person and virtual employee events throughout the year.
  • Contribute ideas, coordinate with outside vendors, and work with internal partners such as IT, Facilities, and Catering to keep event timelines on track.
  • Act as on-site support for virtual and live events, including check-in, photographer/videographer coordination, and other logistics.
  • Gather participant feedback and prepare post-event metric reports.
  • Carry out event research and related reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have earned either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree within the last 12 months.
  • For master’s degree holders, there must be no more than a 5-month gap in the education timeline.
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is expected.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and deadline management are essential.
  • Clear communication and confident presentation abilities are needed.
  • Professional presence and the ability to engage with senior leaders are important.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a busy, changing environment.
  • Preferred background includes project coordination experience, writing ability, familiarity with communications tools and CMS platforms, exposure to graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, interest in the beauty industry, and prior internship, office, or production experience.
