About the Role
The Junior Art Director will collaborate closely with a copywriter and broader agency teams to help deliver multi-channel campaigns of varying scope. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and a strong desire to create standout work. This role suits someone who enjoys concept development, takes pride in polished execution, and thrives in a collaborative agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling creative concepts and confidently advocate for strong ideas.
- Partner with a copywriter to shape concepts that align with each project’s strategic goals.
- Work alongside Creative Directors, Account Services, Strategy, and Delivery teams from briefing through final production.
- Help elevate the agency’s creative benchmark by contributing to work that is effective and recognized for quality.
- Stay informed about new technologies, innovations, and shifts in culture, social trends, and the industry to keep ideas relevant.
- Make sure creative messaging stays aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure all concepts are refined, tasteful, and visually crafted with a strong eye for detail.
- Prepare and polish concepts for internal reviews and client-facing presentations.
- Support other teams when they need creative input on their briefs.
- Take an active role in brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset and work well as part of a team.
- Adapt comfortably to an integrated agency structure.
What You’ll Need
- 0 to 3 years of experience in an agency setting.
- Strong familiarity with social content.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
