Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member in Terre Haute, Indiana. This full-time onsite role is focused on keeping the travel center clean, safe, and welcoming for guests, while supporting a fast-paced environment where every day can look different.

Job duties
- Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
- Clean shower areas and restroom facilities.
- Wash, load, and unload towels used for the showers.
- Handle basic repairs and general maintenance tasks around the store.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center.
- Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain a well-kept facility.
Required qualifications
- Self-driven candidates who stay motivated on the job.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the workday standing or walking.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a comparable role.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to resolve minor issues.
