Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $12.50 to $18.23 per hour.

Role Overview
This position is focused on keeping the store and guest areas clean, safe, and functioning properly. It also includes light maintenance support and helping ensure visitors have a positive experience through well-kept facilities.
Responsibilities
- Keep the store environment clean and presentable at all times
- Clean showers and restroom areas thoroughly
- Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers
- Handle general upkeep and minor repairs around the store
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center
- Support a positive guest experience through clean and maintained facilities
Requirements
- Strong self-motivation and initiative
- Comfort working collaboratively with a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day standing or walking
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Basic familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to resolve small issues is preferred
