Role overview
ESFM is hiring Janitors for both full-time and part-time schedules at the Nestle facility in Fairburn, Georgia. This role focuses on keeping the premises clean, organized, and safe through a range of general and heavy-cleaning tasks.
Work location and schedule
The position is based at Nestle, 5001 Fayetteville Road, Fairburn, GA 30213. Only online applications are accepted. The shift pattern is full-time and part-time, and days or hours may change depending on business needs; additional schedule details will be shared during the interview.
Pay
This role offers a fixed pay rate of $16.06 per hour.

What this job involves
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly building spaces, including intensive cleaning tasks such as floor care, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and waste removal.
Key duties
- Remove and dispose of trash in line with approved procedures and infection-control standards.
- Dust and damp-mop floors using the correct process.
- Shift furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning, then return items to their proper places.
- Clean assigned areas with the approved materials and equipment, including sanitizing surfaces and following the eight-step cleaning method.
- Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and similar surfaces to help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to complete cleaning tasks.
- Complete duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and county rules and guidelines.
- Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors, and shampoo carpets when required.
- Work cooperatively with the team and maintain professionalism with customers, coworkers, and others.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Experience requirement
Applicants need at least 1 year of relevant experience.
