IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior Level)

What you will do

• Handle incoming IT support requests and provide prompt assistance to employees.

• Support the setup, installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Assist with user account administration, password resets, access requests, and software updates.
• Maintain clear and accurate support logs, technical notes, and documentation of completed work.

What we are looking for

The role suits someone with a basic grasp of computer systems, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and commonly used business software. Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, remote support utilities, and help desk platforms will be considered an advantage. The position also calls for strong troubleshooting ability, careful attention to detail, and clear communication.

Preferred background

Prior exposure through customer support, technical support, internships, or IT-related studies is helpful, though it is not mandatory.
