Job Overview
The IT Support Engineer will provide both on-site and remote technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving technical problems. Key duties include deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting client systems that encompass hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance either on-site or remotely to users experiencing IT issues.
- Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
- Manage deployment, updates, and maintenance of client computer systems.
- Configure and administer Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, including patching and file server management.
- Ensure high user satisfaction through excellent customer service and tailored solutions.
- Handle IT asset management and additional tasks as assigned.
- Having knowledge of ITSM or ITIL frameworks is advantageous.
Requirements
- Proficient in Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and SharePoint.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally within a Systems Integrator environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a positive mindset.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Capable of independent working with minimal oversight.
- Outstanding customer management skills.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
