Role Summary

The IT Business Partner role in Riyadh is focused on aligning divisional technology needs with the right people, processes, tools, and systems so the business can operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Applicants should bring 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years gained in the FMCG sector.
  • Hands-on exposure to software development and IT project management is needed.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and improving or redesigning them is important.
  • ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
