Role Purpose

This position supports regional business and IT teams by assessing business needs and helping deliver standardised, dependable technology solutions that strengthen operational efficiency, visibility, and customer experience across the region. The role also contributes to process consistency, improved data visibility, and technology enablement while building core business analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help document, review, and confirm business and IT requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, simple user stories, or basic specifications.
  • Capture business processes, workflows, and data-related requirements.
  • Keep requirement records and traceability documentation organised and up to date.
  • Support the definition of basic reporting and data requirements.
  • Assist in checking data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain supporting documentation for data definitions, metrics, and reports.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for dashboards, reports, and systems.
  • Work with IT, data, and development teams to clarify and refine requirements.
  • Support testing, defect tracking, and follow-up on issue resolution.
  • Help coordinate rollout activities and the handover of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
  • Ensure all project and solution documentation stays current during delivery.
  • Support regional coordination by working within global standards, processes, and templates.
  • Help collect and align inputs across countries, functions, or business units.
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies for regional initiatives.
  • Continue learning best practices in business analysis, data, and IT delivery.
  • Look for small opportunities to improve processes, reporting, or documentation.
  • Build knowledge of regional operations and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related area.
  • Coursework or project experience in business analysis, data analytics, or systems design will be an advantage.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, IT, or a related discipline, including internships or graduate programme exposure.
  • Working familiarity with requirements documentation and/or process mapping.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional or regional teams is preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise, regional, or multinational environments is beneficial.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a 1-year contract role based in Singapore. The position is full-time and onsite.
