Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Investor Relations Manager based in Mississauga, Ontario, with some flexibility to work remotely. This position is responsible for managing communication with investors, supporting financial analysis and modeling, and contributing to broader investment-related work. The role also involves preparing investor-facing materials, organizing meetings and presentations, following market developments, and serving as a main point of contact between the company and the investor community.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and effective communication with current and prospective investors.
- Prepare financial analysis and support financial modeling efforts to inform business decisions.
- Assist with investment-related initiatives and coordination.
- Develop investor presentations, briefs, and other communication materials.
- Arrange and support investor meetings and presentations.
- Monitor market movements and identify relevant trends.
- Act as the bridge between the company and the investment community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven capability in investor relations and relationship-building within the investment community.
- Strong analytical ability and hands-on experience with financial modeling.
- Solid knowledge of finance and investments, including market behavior, portfolio concepts, and valuation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications such as CFA are considered an advantage.
- Background in transportation or technology is beneficial.
