Role overview
A leading private equity firm in New York is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join its expanding team. This position offers significant exposure across fundraising, portfolio communication, and investor engagement, while working closely with senior leaders and institutional investors.
What you will do
- Assist in creating investor decks, quarterly updates, and fundraising collateral.
- Support responses to DDQs and other requests from investors.
- Keep CRM records and investor tracking tools current and accurate.
- Arrange investor communications and organize meeting schedules and logistics.
- Partner with the investment and finance functions to collect portfolio information and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistency of data across investor-facing materials and reporting deliverables.
Candidate profile
The firm is looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or another finance-related role. The right candidate should bring strong analytical ability, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent written and spoken communication, and a sharp eye for detail. The role also suits someone who can juggle multiple priorities and has an interest in private markets and long-term capital relationships. A bachelor’s degree from a strong academic background is required.
