About the Role
Snixx is hiring an Investor Relations Advisor to help build connections with angel investors, micro-VCs, fund managers, syndicate leads, family offices, and other investment professionals. The company supports investors in strengthening their authority, visibility, and network equity through high-quality thought leadership and strategic positioning.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys outbound selling, relationship building, and engaging in conversations with investors and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and study angel investors, micro-VCs, fund managers, and related investment professionals.
- Create and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, email databases, and similar tools.
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Schedule discovery meetings with qualified investor prospects.
- Pitch and market Snixx services to potential clients.
- Follow up regularly and keep the sales pipeline moving.
- Update CRM records and monitor conversion activity.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to refine sales processes and messaging.
Profile We Are Looking For
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, investor relations, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to build rapport.
- Confidence in speaking with investors and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM platforms.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work without close supervision.
- Exposure to startups, venture capital, or the broader investment ecosystem is an added advantage.

- Previous success in selling premium or high-value services.
- An existing network across the startup or investor community.
- Comfort with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho, or comparable platforms.
- Strong capability in LinkedIn prospecting.
Compensation
The package includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. High performers also have the opportunity to earn without a cap.
