Role Summary
The Inventory Control Administrator will handle inventory entry, tracking, monitoring, and departmental item processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requests and support the flow of requested items.
- Verify that received items match the associated requests and invoices.
- Apply labels and other required identifying information to items.
- Enter item details into the inventory system with accuracy.
- Work closely with graders as part of the item-processing workflow.
- Help plan, reconcile, analyze, and report on physical inventories within required timelines.
- Travel as needed, approximately 6 to 10 times per year for trips lasting 4 to 6 days each.

- Outlook skills including calendar management, task coordination, and high-volume email handling.

Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
Location
South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, on the northwest corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.
