Role Overview
This internship sits within the Asia HR function and supports regional people initiatives across a range of talent and engagement areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Asia talent lead with work related to Talent & Performance, Learning & Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs.
- Partner with regional and market HR teams on Asia-wide initiatives, including the Asia Graduate Trainee Program, employer branding activities, and HR survey projects.
- Take on additional projects and assignments as needed.
Candidate Profile
Applicants from any academic background may apply. Strong written and spoken English and Chinese are required, and Mandarin proficiency is considered an added advantage. The role calls for solid analytical ability, clear communication, good interpersonal skills, and comfort working with Microsoft Office 365. Candidates should be capable of building Excel reports and templates, while familiarity with Macros would be beneficial. The ideal person is detail-oriented, organized, energetic, proactive, and quick to learn.
Internship Commitment
The internship may be taken on a full-time basis or as a mix of full-time and part-time engagement.
