Internship objective
The purpose of this placement is to give students practical experience in HR operations, digital transformation efforts, and internal workflows. The intern will contribute to activities involving HR data handling, reporting, documentation, process enhancement, digitalization, and operational support while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
What the intern will do
- Support employee data entry, document audits, and record management in SAP ECC and SuccessFactors.
- Help arrange training workshops and HRIS-related sessions.
- Update service-desk tickets in Jira and follow the progress of grievances and inquiries.
- Prepare draft communications using existing templates.
- Create simple PowerPoint presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Observe HR analytics activities to understand KPI tracking and dashboard maintenance.
- Attend team meetings, contribute ideas from academic HR learning, and complete a reflection report at the end of the internship.
