The brand combines traditional making techniques with fresh, precise innovation to create everyday pieces with modern utility, reflecting the energy of New York today. The company is hiring an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to support its Marketing & PR team in New York City.
What you will do
- Own the marketing calendar and coordinate launch timelines across campaigns.
- Work closely with teams such as ecommerce and merchandising to align on product marketing priorities and set up kickoff meetings.
- Build marketing plans that improve brand positioning and deepen customer engagement.
- Shape artist partnerships and activations alongside the Brand Art Director, including proposals and contract coordination.
- Identify and recommend new brand initiatives, collaborations, and activations that can drive growth.
- Monitor campaign results and work with digital marketing to assess performance.
- Lead project management for brand campaigns and digital workstreams so deadlines stay on track.
- Plan and manage all marketing photo shoot production, including campaigns, fashion shows, influencer content, and creative projects such as print materials, packaging, visuals, and brand events.
- Administer the annual creative services and marketing budget, optimize production spend, and coordinate with finance on seasonal budget adjustments.
- Execute photo shoot bookings for photographers, hair and makeup, groomers, models, tailors, and catering; negotiate usage rights and rates.
- Partner with the Art Director and internal stakeholders to define content requirements, asset counts, video needs, social deliverables, deadlines, and usage details.
- Oversee casting for marketing projects including lookbooks, campaigns, editorials, and special assignments, from casting director outreach to casting sessions.
- Prepare call sheets for photo shoots and distribute them to internal and external partners.
- Serve as the on-set production lead for marketing shoots.
- Handle invoicing and related follow-ups for shoots and work with Accounts Payable to confirm vendor payment processing.
- Coordinate agency contracts with legal and route creative projects to procurement for approval.
- Run pre-production and post-production meetings with Design, Creative, Merchandising, and Studio teams.
- Track images from unretouched selects through final retouched approvals.
- Organize and distribute final assets by project to regional and wholesale teams, including images, videos, guidelines, usage information, and style references.
- Improve operational workflows so shoots stay on time and within budget.
- Create efficiencies that give the team more time to plan seasonal and brand strategy in advance.
- Manage copy development for activations and editorial content, including approvals and freelance copywriter oversight when needed.
- Partner with domestic and global sales teams to identify showroom needs and oversee creative services execution.
- Supervise the Social Media + PR Coordinator’s workflow, including organic social rollout, engagement tracking, sample management, seasonal gifting, and influencer and VIP strategy.
- Manage direct reports by setting clear expectations, coaching and developing them, and reviewing performance.
- Oversee the department credit card and reconcile receipts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Prior experience producing photo shoots is essential.
- Experience managing budgets is required.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, media environment, and influencer landscape is needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with high-profile individuals are important.
- Advanced ability in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong time-management skills are required.
Additional information
Salary offered for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 per year. The final offer may vary based on overall experience, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, expertise, and location.
