Insurance Operations Associate - Bangalore - Fresher

Role overview

This is a full-time on-site operations role based in Bangalore with MediBuddy, focused on coordinating customers, diagnostic centers, and internal teams to keep healthcare service workflows running smoothly.

What you will do

• Handle the daily operational workflow involving customers and diagnostic partners.
• Act as the coordination link between internal teams at diagnostic centers and end customers so that appointments are arranged and medical assessments are completed without delays.
• Make sure medical reports are published correctly and closed on time.
• Support the operations function as an active team member.
• Track daily performance targets across booking, attendance, reports, email handling, and related parameters.
• Follow up consistently with diagnostic centers to complete report closures.
• Help assigned zones and cities meet their operational targets.
• Maintain turnaround time for report closure as well as overall end-to-end fulfillment timelines.

Working schedule

Candidates should be comfortable working six days a week in a nine-hour shift.

Eligibility and requirements

Freshers can apply, and candidates with up to two years of experience are also eligible. Applicants should be graduates or postgraduates from any discipline. Strong communication ability in Tamil and Telugu is required, and prior exposure to operations, backend operations, branch operations, or insurance operations is preferred.

Compensation

The offered pay is ₹2,90,000 per year.
