Role overview

We are looking for a creative and strategically minded Instructional Designer who can build learning experiences that blend strong human-led learning with digital innovation. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop modern, engaging programs for adult learners, using established instructional design methods together with generative AI tools.

INFUSE Academy supports both internal and external online learning through impactful e-learning solutions that are designed to drive meaningful business outcomes. As the team expands, we are seeking someone who brings fresh ideas, enjoys experimenting with new approaches, and works well in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Learning and development approach

The learning philosophy focuses on practical, business-aligned education that also serves learner needs. Most programs are self-paced and asynchronous, enhanced with AI-powered tools and immersive simulations. The team values engaging, story-led learning and continually tests new storytelling methods to make development experiences more memorable and effective.

Profile we are looking for

The right candidate will already have experience in instructional design and AI implementation, understand both the strengths and the limits of large language models such as GPT-4, and be able to prototype and configure custom GPTs or similar AI tools for learning solutions. Success in this role also requires attention to detail, a creative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving, iterative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to create and deliver blended learning programs that support business objectives.
  • Use andragogy and research-based instructional design methods to build learner-focused experiences for adult professionals.
  • Develop blended learning solutions that combine formats such as e-learning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job learning activities.
  • Maintain consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across all delivery methods.
  • Use generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning design and delivery.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication so learning projects are completed smoothly and on time.

Hiring process
