Role Overview
The company is hiring motivated and energetic Installation Helper/Duct Cleaners to carry out onsite installation and duct cleaning work in residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residential HVAC installation work on site.
- Perform duct cleaning services in homes.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and commissioning tasks related to HVAC equipment.
- Work in line with manufacturer guidelines and TSSA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to complete assigned work efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience of around 1 year in HVAC installation is preferred, including exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters, and tankless heaters.
- A post-secondary diploma in HVAC is required.
- A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License is required.
- ODP and Fall Arrest/Working at Heights certifications are considered an advantage.
- A clear criminal record is required.
- A valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Comfort with ladder work and work at heights is necessary.
- The candidate should be accountable, responsible, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
- The ability to work productively in a team setting is important.

This role is based in the Greater Saskatoon Metropolitan Area and is a full-time onsite position. The vacancy is currently open to fill an existing role.
